Delivery

All mainland UK deliveries will be made via Royal Mail 1st class tracked post.
Jewellery is made to order but usually despatched within 5 days except at really busy times but if it’s going to be longer there will be a notice on my home page.You will be notified via email once your order has been posted. First class often gets there next day but I can’t be responsible for delivery times once it has left me.

We offer international delivery.

Returns

Any faulty items will be refunded. As the jewellery is handmade to order, please measure wrists carefully before ordering bracelets. If your size isn’t an option please contact me by email at carolynclare.co.uk@gmail.com with specific measurements. (See my ‘about and FAQ’s’ page for details on how to know what size bracelet to order). All refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment.  For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on earrings. 
Please contact me at carolynclare.co.uk@gmail.com for information on where to return your jewellery. Please note refunds will only be processed on items returned in their original condition and within 14 days of purchase unless faulty. Unless the piece of jewellery being returned is faulty postage will not be refunded.

We also do a repair service should you accidentally break your piece of jewellery or wish to have it resized and will be quoted for. Please contact me on the above email address for details.
