Jewellery care and warranty

Any accidental damage/breakage can be repaired at a small charge. Faulty products will be repaired under your 12 month warranty.

All of our pieces are lovingly created using 925 Sterling Silver, 14 carat gold fill and 9 carat gold.
In order to prolong the beauty of your jewellery we recommend that it should avoid contact with perfume, false tan, lotions, chlorine, household cleaning products etc. Please handle with care and if required gently clean the Silver with a polishing cloth.

Repairs

Faulty products will be replaced under your 12 month warranty, any accidental damage / breakage can be repaired at a small charge.
